James is our CEO and Founder. He is our resident Sales and Business Development expert for SaaS and Technology companies. He has previously won the award of ‘Top 10 UK SaaS and Technology Sales Leader of The Year’.
He has also co-written an Amazon bestselling book, Sales Genius#1 which was #1 for Sales and Marketing and Business Development, beating the Wolf of Wall Street to #1.
He has over 10 years of experience in selling to global corporates both in the UK, Europe and in North America. He has a background in SaaS and IT Consultancy, his specialisms include Financial Services and FinTech, Insurance, HR and Innovation Tech. His previous experience includes a successful Management Buyout and most recently had a stake in Appirio Inc, a cloud services company before it was sold to Wipro Limited for $500 million.

Patrick is a seasoned business development and leadership professional and has over 10 years of B2B sales experience. His last positions include acting as a VP of Sales for a Seed and Series A B2B tech companies in London. He is comfortable working with sales teams of between 1-10 people as it reflects his ambition to get involved and to bring results in record time.
His recent industry experience includes AI, mobile applications, blockchain and crypto currency. He has also led recent Series A engagements at Sales for Startups including a successful project with Shepper, a Startup100 winner and Technation Upscale programme member.

Dan Corcoran is a Talent Acquisition specialist and trusted advisor to Founders of tech startups. He helps scaleups grow strategically with the best Talent. Dan is an expert in sales and the recruitment of sales teams, boasting over 300 successful projects in the last 10 years alone. His 16 year career spans B2B software sales, recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Dan works with Founders of scaling tech startups, who lack internal HR skills and want to spend less money on recruitment. He takes care of key hires and teaches startups to consistently hire the best talent themselves.
Passionate about giving back, Dan volunteers his time as a pro-bono coach and mentor for early stage startups and regularly does outreach work to inspire students at schools and university about the opportunities in tech.
