Key elements to onboarding an excellent Account Executive
In this video we will be discussing about how to onboard your AEs’. For me there are so many elements to onboarding an excellent AE.
- The product and the team onboarding. An AE needs to understand the value and applicability of your product and how it brings value to the markets that you serve.
- Are your AE’s ready to sell to the enterprise day in day out. So often we see the skills jump in that first 90 days with an Account Executive.
- When you think about onboarding an AE, how have you seen your AE develop in those 90 days?
You need to be able to evaluate your AE at each stage of the process and give them skills, nurturing, training development to make them into the better person they can be for you. They are one of the most invaluable assets to your company.
