Companies with above-average diversity produced a greater proportion of revenue from innovation (45% of total) than from companies with below-average diversity (26%), a recent study of 1700 companies run by Boston Consulting Group found.

Knowing the impact that diversity can have on the future of a startup means we’re particularly delighted to be joined by Perrine Farque, Founder of the diversity and inclusion consultancy Inspired Human, for an online masterclass on how to attract diverse and exceptional talent.

Perrine’s experience speaks for itself – a multi award-winning diversity expert in Tech and internationally recognised speaker who’s been nominated in the Top 50 Most Influential Women in UK Tech. She’s driven the strategy at leading startups, SaaS vendors and technology companies including Facebook, PagerDuty, Pivotal and more for over a decade.

During her career, Perrine’s spoken at many industry events including Dublin Tech Summit, WomenTech Global Conference, The Diana Initiative conference and Women 2.0, to name but a few. That’s why we’re so pleased to have her join us for this online masterclass, the details for which you can find below:

  • Wednesday 18th November
  • 14:00-15:00GMT
  • Live!

We’ll cover some of the most important best practices Founders and CEOs should be considering in order to increase diversity and help to supercharge startup growth during a time when it’s needed most.

Sign up via the link below to register for the online event or feel free to reach out directly to us if you need any more info. See you there!
